Description of ServiceFundPilot is an AI-assisted fundraising strategy and donor management platform designed to help nonprofit organizations improve fundraising planning, donor stewardship, campaign execution, and organizational sustainability.FundPilot provides strategic guidance, workflow recommendations, donor analysis, outreach drafting assistance, and operational fundraising support tools.The Service does not guarantee fundraising outcomes, donations, grant awards, or revenue increases.

3. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use the Service.

4. User AccountsYou are responsible for:maintaining the confidentiality of login credentialsall activity occurring under your accountensuring uploaded information is accurate and lawfulYou agree not to:share unauthorized accessmisuse the platformattempt to reverse engineer the Serviceupload malicious software or unlawful content

5. User DataYou retain ownership of your organization’s uploaded data, including donor records, fundraising plans, contact information, and campaign materials.You grant FundPilot a limited license to process this data solely for:operating the Servicegenerating fundraising recommendationsimproving workflowsproviding platform functionalityWe will not sell donor personal information to third parties.

6. 9. Intellectual PropertyAll FundPilot software, branding, workflows, prompts, models, and proprietary systems remain the property of the Company.Users may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.

10. Beta FeaturesSome functionality may be experimental or in beta.Beta features:may changemay contain bugsmay be discontinued without noticeUsers acknowledge that beta functionality may not perform reliably.

11. 13. ModificationsWe may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.14. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.

Beta Agreement

As a beta participant, you are helping shape the future of FundPilot. Review early-access conditions.

1. PurposeThis Beta Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the FundPilot Beta Program.The purpose of the beta program is to:test platform functionalitygather user feedbackidentify bugs and usability issuesimprove fundraising workflows and AI systems

9. OwnershipAll FundPilot intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the Company.
